I started this week off with a really busy Monday! At least it made the day go by fast!
I was dropped off at the gym on the way home. My husband likes it when I work out because 'it makes me nicer'. He's totally right.
I played an unintentional game of Workout ADD- partially due to the jerkface who kicked me off the treadmill after only 10 minutes. Bad gym karma, if you ask me! Here is what I ended up doing:
- 10 minutes treadmill intervals
- 11 minutes stairclimber intervals
- 12 minutes treadmill intervals
- 5 minutes bike cooldown
- Assisted pull-ups
- Assisted dips
I used the tuna salad that I made this weekend for easy meal prep:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 can of drained and rinsed corn
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1/4 chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt OR Miracle Whip (don't judge- hubby loves MW)
I topped two slices of Nature's Pride bread with about 1.5 Tbsp each of tuna salad, goat cheese, and a tomato from our garden. I broiled this for 5 minutes while I steamed some french green bean 'fries' in the microwave- easy and healthy!
