Today's lunch was also massive- this bowl is maybe 2-3 cups worth of my random veggie soup. I don't have a recipe because I call veggie stock+random veggies simmered for 15 minutes soup:
In other greedy, massive food supply news, I made out like a bandit at our year round farmer's market. I feel like a goofball when I don't go for weeks of months because of all the gorgeous produce they have. Here is my share:
It's Wednesday and the food is almost gone. Most of it went in my tummy, but I shared because I do that sometimes.
I better go pack my lunch and I need to take our large suitcase out of storage to accommodate it. This girl is hungry. Don't judge.

I agree on the planning and prep - it takes a LOT but it is so worth it!
I'm also a volume eater. The more food, the better! haha
I eat with my eyes... i love LARGE PLATES! LOL. These days I use smaller plates and pack em up so its a normal amoutn of food but looks like MORE.

it always looks like I eat tons of food because I am all about VOLUME i love fruits and veggies and could eat a WHOLE lot at one time whereas the person next to me could eat 1 bag of chips...my food just LOOKS like a lot beacuse its more volume!

I'm a volume eater too so I feel you on this one! Laughing cow cheese has been a life saver for me! When I worked in an office, I snacked on that and wasa crackers all the time!
