Happy Valentine's Day- A List

-I couldn't post because I have a meeting the next few days at work
and had to blowdry and flat iron my hair. It takes a full evening.
Hope you understand.
-My computer would not open a browser window so you get an iPhone
post.
-Work is getting busy again and I'm trying to breathe through it
-Vegan week is over and I had eggs for dinner with some vegan
cheese. This girl is confused
-Hubby and I are not doing V-day till Tuesday. Take that hallmark
-I almost forgot to take my vitamins but remembered because I like
my calcium gummy bears so much
-I tried to teach myself to run at the gym tonight and it was
moderately amusing
-I made vegan gluten free carrot cake cupcakes and they are now all
gone. Belly happy. Recipe coming soon.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's blowdrying and flatironing is an evening event.

Oh I like this iPhone post! So, I would have dove into eggs (and cheese) too, right after a week of being vegan. Those are the two foods I missed most when I was on my elimination diet.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog today. And yes, wedding cake is definitely my favorite dessert! Although the vegan cupcake looks pretty tasty...

Gotta love crazy busy weeks! I rarely go all out doing my hair, so I know how much time that can take. Can't wait for the carrot cake cupcake recipe- yum!

If you want to learn how to run, check out the Couch to 5K program at coolrunning.com. It's a very doable 9 week how-to-run program!

The vegan pasta that I made was gluten-free too!!! I forgot to mention that :-) I used rice pasta (the same stuff that Angela uses in her recipe).
