You know how when you live together you start sharing habits? This evening I came home to find that my husband had made some fresh juice:
This was pineapple, carrot, apple, and green grape juice. I was instantly presented with a giant jug of it. Before he made juice, he went to the gym and lifted back and traps, and even did 30 minutes of cardio. He replenished post-workout with a protein smoothie.
This evening I came home from school at 10:00 and tenderized some chicken meat (sorry vegetarians). I actually cooked and I'll show you what I made tomorrow.I also took out my new chicken...the name is intriguing but there is nothing Southern or fried about it

And had forth meal
Tonight we are going to have a serious talk about improving my eating habits!
